The trainer comes with a steel glider, making it even easier to adjust the slings’ length. The handles are non-slip, thanks to their durable foam rubber, allowing you to concentrate on the workout. Using the TRX door anchor included, the suspension trainer can be safely and quickly attached to the door frame. Ideal, even if the training location changes – e.g. training camps. Specially designed for exercises using one arm only, the levelling loop ensures optimal training performance.
