Power bands GT by tiguar are specialistic bands created in cooperation with Jakub Podgórski, the founder of GT conception. These are extremely durable bands used not only in this type of training but also in versatile sport (motoric) preparation. Due to the four levels of resistance, one can easily pick from them depending on the needs and fitness level of the users. Their innovativeness lies in the pioneering, designating system of the stretch levels that informs you how much strength you need to put to obtain the powerband’s optimal stretch during exercises.
