Lightweight technical weight plate. Suitable to be combined with Lightweight Intro Barbells or Lightweight Aluminum Barbell . It facilitates the learning, or the improvement, of weightlifting techniques in cases where it is necessary to lift reduced loads. Technique Plate 2,5 kg is made of resistant plastic. This model indeed is wholly fulfilled and has a thinner width, only 20 mm. It allows the loading of the plates in combination with standard bumper plates. Given that these plates are narrow, they occupy a limited space on the barbell sleeves, and it is proportional to their actual weight.
