The T-Handle is a multi-grip bar for Olympic barbells or, in general, barbells with 50 mm diameter sleeves.

The handle, especially when combined with the Total-Core Pin code 9029, allows a barbell to be used in the manner of a T-bar for performing numerous exercises: rowing, rotation core, and all types of standing push and standing press.
