Paddle

The Paddle, or Wall Ball Target, is an optional component of the Power Cage Rack and the Rack Station. With a diameter of 350mm, it can be bolted directly on every free upright of the Power Cage Rack (code 9095) at the height of 2825mm (at its highest point).
The tool, which includes a pole for easy insertion in any upright tube of the Rack, is sturdy and noiseless. It is suitable for different kinds of exercises with a medicine ball (wall ball exercise).
The standard color is micaceous dark grey. Paddle features solid steel construction. Includes all necessary fixing/bolts. Paddle is an excellent way to add a final touch to your Power Cage Rack. It facilitates your training while adding accuracy to your workout.

It’s also possible to wall mount it without the Rack.
