How to take Amino Support Tablets
PhD Amino Support can be taken at any time of the day, however it is advisable to take each serving with meals to help broaden the amino acid profile of the chosen meal.
Take 3 tablets twice daily with meals to support protein intake.

L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine Monohydrochloride, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Isoleucine, L-Histidine, L-Methionine, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Bulking Agent (Calcium Diphosphate Dihydrate), Anti-caking agent (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
1 - Add 300ml of ice cold water to your PhD shaker cup.
2 - Add 2 scoops (66g) of Synergy ISO-7® powder.
3 - Shake or blend for 10 seconds.
Taste Tip: If you like your protein shake slightly thicker, use 25% less water in each serving suggestion to get a thicker, fuller taste.
For best results use 2 servings of Synergy ISO-7® daily. Use 1 serving within 30 minutes of completing intense exercise, followed by the 2nd serving at any other stage throughout the day.
