Our Mammut L-Carnitine Liquid is a nutritional supplement with L-Carnitine which is ready to drink. The human body is able to build L-Carnitine naturally of the amino acids lysine and methionine. This body’s own substance can be found mainly in the musculature and in the heart muscle. A part of the everyday required L-Carnitine gets supplied with the nutrition. L-Carnitine is an important factor in the fat metabolism because it transports long-chained fatty acids into the mitochondria where they can be burned into energy.
Additionally our Mammut L-Carnitin Liquid is optimised with vitamin B6. Vitamins are essential nutrients. The body cannot build them by itself, meaning they have to be supplied by food or supplements. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. A well-functioning energy metabolism is important for energy production, which is important for the basic functions in the body. Furthermore vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal psychological function.

Mammut recommends to take daily 20 ml L-Carnitine Liquid 20 minutes before the training and on days without training directly after getting up. The Mammut L-Carnitine Liquid is available in 500 ml and 1000 ml bottle.
