The new C4 Extreme Energy is distinguished from the usual C4 Original by the higher content of caffeine and B vitamins, which are characterised by:

• Folic acid, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
• Folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and normal blood formation.
  Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Contains also 3 g of creatine per daily serving. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise (*The beneficial effect of creatine is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.)

In addition, the plant extracts of ginseng (Panax ginseng), cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) and Huperzia serrata plants were added to the product.
