This 3-Grip Multi-Handle can be flexibly attached to all standard rods / fixtures with a diameter of up to 30 mm.
The multi-handle has 3 different handle thicknesses and can be rotated through 360 degrees, thus a large number of individual handle variants can be selected.

The 3-grip multi-handle can be used for almost every conceivable type of pull-up or in combination with a
Barbell bar can be used for rowing or can be used for shrinking. The 3-grip multi-handle allows for an extremely versatile exercise spectrum.
