The 14-way adjustable backrest and the 4-way adjustable seat offer precise adjustment of the desired positions. Furthermore, the backrest can be negatively adjusted up to -10°, which enables further special exercise variations. There are option mounts at the front and back , which allow various options to be attached, which can significantly expand the range of exercises.
