This ATX ® hybrid/multibar is predestined for heavy strength training. With a grip bar diameter of 28.5 mm , the dual grip width marking and central knurling , this bar is multifunctional. Weight and dimension are according to international standard - 220 cm / 20 KG . Whether bench press, deadlift or squats - with a load capacity of up to 450 kg , this barbell withstands heavy training loads. Due to the good concentricity (spin) of the weight plate holders thanks to the brass bush bearing , this barbell is just as well suited for moving (clean & jerk), the good whip and thehandy knurling ensures good and safe handling.
