Description

The Squat Stand Block from ATX ®  enables an optimal posture of the upper body during knee training. This wedge relieves the back and mobilizes the ankles at the same time. The barbell can thus be better balanced, and the stability during the up and down movement of the knee flexion is increased significantly. The squat block / squat block can also be used as a calf rocker or as a roll stopper for barbells.
