This high-quality soft spring box / plyo box reduces the risk of injury during training to a minimum and thus ensures safe and varied training for athletes of all performance classes.
The internal body is a stable wooden box, which is covered with foam padding. The outer skin is made of durable synthetic fiber with printed height information and the ATX ^® brand logo.

Changing the position of the jump box results in three usable heights of 40, 50 and 60 cm for jumping strength training.
