Measuring 200 cm long and with a rack width of 133 cm, this special barbell is suitable for use in universal weight benches/racks and rack racks, enabling a variety of exercise variations for training the chest, back, shoulder, biceps, and triceps muscles.

The 200 cm long ATX ^® Parallel Multi Grip Bar fits all racks/shelfs with a shelf width of 1150 to 1240 mm.
