The ATX ^® Leg Master is a compact leg training device with which a very effective and variable training of the leg muscles can be realized.
Particularly noteworthy is the extremely back-friendly exercise execution.
The bracket of the Leg Master is simply latched to the post of your power rack or rig at the appropriate height and screwed with the corresponding screw button.

When training the squat, the load on the thighs can be shifted to certain areas of the muscles, depending on the position of the legs, whereby all muscle groups from the gluteal to the quadricep can be loaded extensively and specifically. Due to the extremely precise execution of the exercise and the upright alignment of the back, it is possible to train with significantly less weights than with the usual squat exercises. At the same time, permanent muscle tension can be maintained during the exercise, and with the help of the handle, intensive repetitions can also be carried out without the need for assistance from a training partner. The handle is also used to avoid emergency situations and to return to the starting position if the muscles begin to fail.

With an optionally available calf block, calf raises can still be performed in a standing position, and an additional squat block enables further squat variations.
