ATX ® Curved Jammer Arms / Lever Arms 30/50 mm

As an accessory for Power Racks and Half Racks Series 600 - 700 - 800

The new ATX ® Curved Jammer Arms expand your power rack or half rack in an ideal way to a full-fledged "leverage gym". Diverse and varied exercise options, optimal motion sequence and safe and easy handling characterize this accessory. The Jammer Arms / Lever Arms can each be quickly and safely attached to the posts of the racks using a star grip and adjusted in height. The emergency shelves on the rack serve as a shelf for the lever arms. Thanks to the various adjustment options, the optimal training position for the lever arms can be set for each exercise.
Fundamental exercises such as bench press, negative bench press, incline bench press, shoulder press, neck lift, deadlift and standing press can be performed perfectly and bring real added value and variety to your training program.

Suitable for ATX ® Half Racks and Power Racks of the 600, 700 and 800 series.

  • the posts must have a thickness of 60 mm - 80 mm
  • the mounting holes must be suitable for 20 mm bolts, i.e. have a diameter of approx. 21 mm
  • the center distance between the holes must be 50 mm
  • In order to be able to train in the cage with power racks, the depth between the posts must be at least 70 cm
  • In order to be able to train with half racks or power racks at the front of the rack, the emergency racks must be at least 50 cm long

Application note!
Always use dumbbell locks to secure the weight plates to the lever arms.
