These J-Hooks are extremely solid and sturdy made of 10 mm sheet steel and take every bar safely. Loadable up to 450 kg per pair, these J-hooks enable safe, performance-oriented training in the power rack. Be it bench presses, squats or overhead presses - these J-hooks simply make you feel safe. In addition, these accessories are first class and therefore extremely durable. All-round protection thanks to internal and external rubber protectors.
