Compact one-handed rowing handle to be snapped onto 50 mm barbell.
Optimally in conjunction with the ATX ^® Barbell Hinge rotation Trainer - ATX and ATX BAH BAH-PT.
Used on both sides, can be placed before or after the weight plates.
