HOW IT WORKS

The new ATX ^® Belt Squat enables the best possible training results with significantly less strain on the back and knees compared to conventional squat training and machines.

The direct transfer of weight from the hips to the leg muscles via the training belt relieves enormous strain on the entire back and spine. The swinging weight lever and the support handle ensure that your posture is always optimally balanced.
