ATX® Belt Squat option

This effective accessory is quickly and easily  compatible with all ATX ® rigs and the following power racks from the ATX ® series :

ATX rigs – 800 series

power racks of the 600, 700 and 800

series half racks of the 600, 700 and 800 series

The ATX ® Belt Squat Option , like its big brother, the  ATX ® Belt Squat Machine , enables effective squat training with significantly reduced strain on the back and knees compared to conventional squat training and machines.

Training with a belt squat option or machine allows the upper body to be kept fully upright during the workout and the legs to be placed in an optimal position. Furthermore, the weight load is transferred directly via the training belt (delivery/pricing without training belt) from the hips to the leg muscles, which relieves the entire back and spine completely. Other exercise variants such as lunges or other exercises such as bent rowing and deadlifts can also be performed excellently with the weight arm.

The ATX ® Belt Squat Option can be quickly and easily mounted on the respective post (without additional tools!) and is therefore quickly ready for use.

Furthermore, the belt squat option can be folded up to save space.
