The ATX ® AB Wheel Pro is the ideal training device for an intensive abdominal muscle workout - at home and in the studio. In addition to the core muscles, the chest, shoulder and arm muscles are also trained. The large, wide wheel with a rubber profile rolls quietly and safely over the floor and ensures safe guidance. The ergonomically shaped handles lie comfortably in the hand and provide additional hold. The protective mat is gentle on the knees and ensures that the exercise is comfortable.
The integrated resistance builds up in the forward movement. This ensures stabilized tension in the extension area and supports the backward movement.
