The inflated and individually adjustable training device for balance and coordination is particularly suitable for foot and leg axis training in Fitness and therapy. The red version is made from firm material which makes it really stable and easier in use. The Aero-Step One in the colour anthracite is sofer and less stable. The air pressure can be regulated with a needle valve on both balls.

The Aerostep is a training device for the improvement of coordination and strengthen of the foot and leg musculature. The robust balance pads can be used wearing (Football) shoes, outdoors. The Aero Step One can be used in physiotherapy for ankle joint, knee and hip treatment.
