This 3-grip multi-handle can be flexibly attached to all standard bars / devices with a diameter of up to 30 mm. The multi-handle has 3 different handle thicknesses and can be rotated 360 degrees; this means that a large number of individual handle variants can be selected.

The 3-Grip Multi-Handle can, for example, be used for almost every imaginable pull-up variant or in connection with a barbell bar for bent over rows or for shrugs. The 3-Grip Multi-Handle enables an extremely varied range of exercises.
