Directions For Use

Use 1-2 servings of PhD Waxy Vol™ daily, either before or after intense exercise, or during the day to increase your carbohydrate intake.

1 serving: Add 1 scoop of powder (36g) to 300-350ml of ice cold water and shake or blend for 10 seconds. For every additional scoop of Waxy Vol™ used, please add an extra 100ml of water.

TASTE TIP PhD Waxy Vol™ can be used with a variety of additional PhD products, particularly where a complex carbohydrate source could add benefit.
