This power rack set consists of top functional components and provides a first class exercise spectrum. The heavy-duty J-hooks and flip-down Spotter allow all relevant barbell exercises. The integrated Latzugstation - (dumbbell weight recording standard 30 mm - 50 mm optional) allows a variety of pull exercises on the upper and lower pulley without modification. Ball bearing pulleys and sliding bearings of the weight stack provide a silky smooth running characteristics. Due to the direct weight ratio of 1: 1, no load loss occurs / no pulley effect! Equipped with adjustable knee-pad support and footrest secure positioning is given during training. The patented indexing multi Chin-up is offering a unique pull-up bar, which 60 different grip positions. Through the pivot / locking mechanism, the respective desired position is quickly and easily adjustable, the grip knurls provide a secure grip. With a height of 224.5 cm and a generous frame size, this rack optimal freedom of movement. A power rack station in the usual ATX^® quality - excellent in processing and excellent in functionality!
